Get treated to a behind-the-scenes guided tour, chat with the people that produce this liquid gold, and even enjoy some history with your beer education - and plenty of samples, of course! 

When: 16 DECEMBER 2023

ITINERARY:

  • Loose Moose (Broadbeach) pickup @ 9:30am (QLD time) - please note this is the ONLY pick up location for this tour. We suggest a hearty breakfast before starting your day!
  • Start with a visit to the gorgeous EARTH BREWERY in Cudgen, NSW, for some beer education and a tasting paddle. 40 min drive from Broadbeach
  • Next is a stop at WANDANA BREWING where we can grab some tasty grub from the on-site food truck for lunch! 40 min drive from Earth
  • Following Wandana is a stop at COMMON PEOPLE for a tasting paddle of their finest brews! 20 min drive from Wandana
  • Finishing the day we will cruise back into QLD and stop at CURRUMBIN VALLEY BREWING 50 min drive from Common People 
  • Drop off back in Broadbeach

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

  • A tasting paddle at each of the 4 breweries we visit (if you would like to swap for a schooner of beer, glass or wine, cider or ginger beer, that's all good)
  • Lunch at Wandana or Common People 
  • Pick up/drop off Broadbeach in an air-conditioned van
  • Snacks on board van
  • Esky on board for takeaway purchases

Don't forget to bring a photo ID with you. All your friends may know you're of-age, but it's only the first time we've met, and we'd hate for you to get turned away from any of the breweries by looking too young to appreciate good brews. Strictly no drinking on the vehicle.


Please note that we are visiting working breweries and it’s suggested you wear closed-toe shoes so you don’t miss out on any of the fun. Also, since they don’t always run on a set schedule, we will try and catch the brewers in action but that can’t always be guaranteed; keep an open mind on the day because no matter what or who we see, the beers are always epic. Sometimes the itineraries will change at a whim; this may be because of traffic, a last-minute decision from the brewery or any number of things, so we ask for your patience and flexibility.
